ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

-       Assist in handle enquiries/projects independently with suppliers

-       Arrange quotations and samples according to customer requirement

-       Develop and source new product upon department direction

-       Follow up order and monitor inventory with ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics-NAV

-       Handle and monitor shipments with forwarder and factories

-       Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality

-       Work closely with internal department

-       Business travel may be required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-       Degree holder in Merchandising / Procurement / Supply Chain or related disciplines

-     1 year work experience in purchasing / sourcing or related. Experience gained in bags and cosmetics is an advantage

-       Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST

-       Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-       Must be able to cope with a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management

-       Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with flexible approach to adapt the changes

-       Good communication and problem solving skills

-       Willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility

-       Fresh graduate will also be considered
