To cope with our recent business expansion, we invite high caliber personnel to join us for the following positions (5 days work/Lai Chi Kwok MTR):

Shipping Coordinator / Assistant Merchandiser

Team: Indoor Furniture

Responsibilities:

- Handling purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

- Follow up sailing schedule, loading capacity per container and consolidation before shipment

- Maintain and update order-processing system

- Prepare invoices, debit notes and related documents to suppliers and clients

- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Senior

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with 3-4 years in shipping / merchandising field and in indoor furniture is definitely advantage.

- Hardworking, proactive and strong sense of responsibilities

- Excellent communication skill with all levels in working with customers, staffs and vendors.

- Strong command of written & spoken English & Mandarin.

- Good working attitude and willing to travel (not compulsory).

- Familiar with MS Office operation.

- Immediate available is definitely an advantage.
