Responsibilities:-

• Follow up with any inquiries and orders for clients;
• Handle delivery arrangement and shipping documents (e.g. custom declaration);
• Closely communicate with factory colleagues and problem solving;
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry task;
• Assist on any ad hoc projects/assignments.

Requirement:-

• 2 year full-time working experience as Sales Coordinator preferred;
• Good command in English and Mandarin;
• Multi-tasking, able to work independently and within tight deadline;
• Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
• Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
