Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing purchasing & shipping transactions, e.g. Purchase Orders, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Notes and other related shipping documents follow up
• Responsible to ensure relevant data inputs are recorded promptly and accurately
• Handle incoming phone calls, courier, mail arrangements
• Maintain purchase records in good filing system
• Handle in/out movements of inventory and maintain proper stock records
• Co-ordinate with Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Contractor and Salesman
• Assist seniors to execute purchase duties and Assist for ad hoc duty is necessary

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, with Certificate in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing, proficient in Microsoft Access will be an absolute advantage
• Good negotiation skill and able to deal with different level of people;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Well-organized, detailed mind, able to handle multi-tasks and work overtime when necessary
