Responsibilities:

• Handle data management with preparation of several data reports
• Support Headquarters to negotiate with suppliers on cost, lead time & trade terms
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery management to ensure smooth delivery operation
• Monitor the delivery performance of existing vendors based on data reports
• Propose the best logistics route or alternative route for cost saving
• Visit suppliers' factories for production issues & delivery arrangement

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant sales or purchasing experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Good communication, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Able to work independently & willing to travel overseas (mainly in PRC, 1-2 times/month)
