Our clients are international retail brands selling high end lifestyle products. They are urgently hiring committed Sales/ Merchandising Assistant to join their competitive team and grow with the company. 

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for order processing, PO handling, checking order details including pricing and product code
• Prepare monthly sales report and invoices, and follow up with Finance Team
• Work with Sales and Logistic team to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update sales record and database periodically
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the team

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with ard 3 years of sales admim/ merchandising experience in retail and/or wholesales industry
• Able to achieve every tasks on accurate and timely manner
• Excellent computer skills exp MS Excel and Word. Knowledge in using SAP
• Good analytical skills and figures sense
• Immediately available is highly preferred
