THE SWANK, Hong Kong’s first multi-brand luxury fashion house is currently seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our team.

Job Description:

• Provide support on all kinds of buying activities
• Analyse brands performance and consumer buying behavior, forecast sales levels and prepare sales performance report, in aid to develop buying strategies in forthcoming seasons
• Follow up shipment and delivery closely to ensure timely delivery 
• Cooperate with Retail Operation and Marketing team on brand promotion activities
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct fashion trend seminar

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 2 years' buying office experience in luxury fashion for RTW and Accessories
• Relevant working experience in multi brands sector is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Initiative and with good analytical skill
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot table), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Less experience will be considered as Merchandising Assistant
