Responsibilities:

• Lead a merchandising teams to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final delivery
• Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management
• Coach and monitor the team members to develop and retain a strong team and achieve business targets
• Responsible for sample instruction and sample approval
• Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and deadline are met with customers’ requirements and standards
• Identify and develop new manufacturers and potential customers
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline is preferred.
• At least 8-10 year relevant working experience in apparel industry.
• Solid experience in handling Knitwear.
• Must be able to handle garment pricing independently.
• Must have strong experience in UK and European market.
• Social Compliance experience preferred.
• Able to work with oversea customer independently.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the team and related department.
• Good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories.
• Independent, well-organized and presentable.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel overseas.
