Job Duties :

• Responsible for coordinating product development, sampling development and monitoring mass production and shipment
• Ensure products can meet the in-house and customers’s  standards and requirements
• Conducting cost evaluation and negotiation with vendors and customers
• Efficient daily communication with overseas clients and China factories
• Responsible for sourcing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Diploma or above with 2 years solid working experience in toys industry is a must
• Experience in major U.S. and European retail chain stores is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Sound knowledge in U.S. & European product safety and packaging standards
• Team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independent and under pressure
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
