Duties:

• Manage the day to day as well as driving longer term strategic merchandising activities in support of expanding stores and growing e-commerce business in the Greater China region
• Lead small team to oversee retail assortment strategy and planning, product sourcing, vendor management, product issues and training, inventory and replenishment, sales analysis and promotions
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics and finance to ensure business objectives are met

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Merchandising/Business Administration or related discipline 
• At least 7 years of retail merchandising management experience, preferably with well-versed knowledge in premium home and lifestyle products
• Solid exposure to retail operations, preferably e-commerce operation and other distribution channels
• Good knowledge of merchandise planning and brand management
• Understanding of buying/ sales function, preferably with advance merchandise management practices in a sizable retail company
• Adaptive, resourceful and results-oriented, with good business acumen and marketing sense
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as effective leadership skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
