The Job:

• Communicate effectively with buyers and suppliers on product requirements, and coordinate with mainland factories on production cycle
• Work closely with related parties on product costing, development process, presenting product specifications, supporting documents packaging and shipment arrangement
• Work closely with team, vendors and customers on buying calendars, merchandise categories, and production schedules
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 The Person:

• Minimum 5 years related experiences, preferable in buying offices and trading industry
• Solution orientated, initiative, independent and strong at tracking & meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure with foreign customers and offshore vendors;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
