Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing wide spectrum of purchase and ordering activities but not limited to its daily operations, sales and budget control
• Review daily inventory level; develop and implement purchasing plan
• Lead a team of 2 to 3 subordinates to monitor daily purchasing to fulfill the market demand and supplier's shipment target
• Supply Chain KPI implementation (e.g. product availability, stock coverage etc)
• Ensure the procurement records and product information are up-to-date
• Devise, develop, and deploy required planning data queries in response to business needs
• Communicate with internal departments, e.g. Sales and Marketing, to review demand forecast
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations
• Provide precision forecasting with close consultation with the sales and service in-charge
• Conduct analytical reviews of the company’s inventory, provide accurate delivery information and to provide recommendations and interpretations to management to assist in improving inventory planning
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and project as assigned by manager 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 5+ years relevant experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in procurement / supply chain
• Experience in new procurement system set-up or implementation is a must
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results
• Hands-on experience in overseeing procurement and inventory management
• Look for improvements within the department and organization
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work on 6-day schedule with compensation
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Supply Chain Planner
• Immediate available is preferred
