Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- To handle all customer inquiries and complains
- Responsible for providing professional customer service and bulk order processing work to assigned key customers
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers in order to build up business opportunities
- To co-ordinate with various vendors, overseas office and internal departments in order to deliver complete solution and service to customers.
- Any ad hoc tasks required
Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- Min.2 years Customer Service experience, with product knowledge in hangtag and woven label would be an definite advantage
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Good sense of responsibility, detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
