Responsibilities: 

• Plan, source and purchase food & beverage products, packing materials and equipment for the restaurant, retail and food factory timely and cost effectively
• Develop and implement procurement plan according to the Company’s strategy and policy
• Enhance the procurement procedures to ensure effective control of quality, quantity, storage and costs
• Develop, monitor, measure and review supplier performance and build effective partnership
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of purchase with suppliers
• Prepare regular report on material savings updates and make recommendations that support business goals
• Analyse market conditions and trends for future pricing and availability of goods and new products
• Lead and ensure smooth and efficient operation of department

Requirements:          

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in sourcing F&B product with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Experience in SAP and ERP system is preferred
• Detail-minded with good analytical and negotiation skills, equipped with can-do and self-motivated attitude, and strong leadership and communication skills 
• Good communication skill, detail-minded and strong-sense of responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
