Responsibilities

• Perform all-round HR functions for Quick Service Restaurant and Catering Services Division such as resourcing, staff movement, leave and performance management, final payment administration and other benefit administration
• Provide consultative and operational support to line managers on HR matters and as a gatekeeper for all HR processes and procedures are in compliance with local regulations and company's internal requirements.
• Handle staff issues including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, labour cases and work injury
• Formulate, review and implement HR procedures and policies and incentive schemes to sustain the growth of the company
• Prepare HR notice and organize monthly meeting with line managers
• Assist in ad hoc HR-related projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 4 years’ relevant experience with sizable businesses, preferably in F&B or retail industries
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Strong analytical and logical sense with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be consideration for Assistant Officer
