Job Responsibilities:

1.  Prepare development trims package to sample room or factory, prepare trims cost sheet.
2. Bulk trims purchasing, follow up bulk trims status and shipment.
3. Handling invoice & payment for trims, issue debit note, arrange QC file and WIP report with merchandising department.
4. Trims sourcing experience is a must, willing to travel to our source at China trims and local trims market.
5. Follow up trims sample and bulk production status, co-ordinate sample and bulk trims approval with overseas buyer, able to communicate with buyer and factories independently.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate in Clothing & Textile with at least 3 years experience in trim purchasing.
2. With industrial knowledge, and with multi-country experience is an advantage.
3. Good in oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin.
4. Stable with good interpersonal and able to work under pressure.
5. Travel to China and local trims market is required.
6. Immediate available is preferred.
