Duties

• Liaise with internal and external customers and factories in mainland China regarding new product development, RFP, RFQ.
• Monitor tightly the progress of new and on-going projects from development to production, with the aim to ensure that deadline and product requirements are adequately met.
• Follow-up of different procurement documentations.
• Provide clerical support for the merchandising department and ensure all information, documents and samples are properly and timely filed.
• Source and evaluate new potential vendors based on reliability, competitiveness, quality, compliance and service perspectives.
• Take over data entry tasks on corporate IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments in pursuing company objectives.

Requirements

• F.5 or above.
• 3 years working experience and previous experience in packaging or window displays sectors are considered an advantage.
• Travel to mainland China is required.
• Fluent communication skills in English + Cantonese + Mandarin, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently, pro-active, and demonstrating problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills in regular MS Office programs.
• Immediately available is required.
