Job Description

• Manage and prepare technical 3PL solutions proposals that include solution design, process flow simulations, cost models and perform profit and loss analysis within customer defined timelines to come to well-conceptualized, optimal logistics solutions.
• Manage and lead 4PL/LLP solutions proposals including 3PL procurement, warehouse and freight transportation rates engineering, and support of solutions presentation to client; Play a critical role in network solutions design and re-engineering project
• Write up technical and winning logistics proposals for all kind of project.
• Design and execute added-value propositions for commercial team and develop the best-fit sales presentation
• Work closely with country management and sales team to present logistics engineering responses to client’s feasibility requests by analyzing logistics cost/factors
• Manage and liaise with logistics and industrial facilities developers, property agencies, trucking vendors, racking suppliers and MHE suppliers
• Maintain good working knowledge of latest solution software, industry trend, operation practices and technology
• Conduct solution operational reviews to gain operational and financial sign off

Job Requirements

• Degree holder  or above in logistics or other related major
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in logistics industry with SD and BDM experience
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Access, Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Advance skills in warehouse layout design applications(AutoCAD or CLASS), resource modeling and cost modeling
• Skills in networking design applications (CAST or similar ones)
• Skills in transportation modeling tools
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated
• Flexibility in being able to travel to attend company business.
• Immediately available is preferred
• Occasionally travel to China is required
