A Taiwanese Listed Company located in Chai Wan (5 minutes' walking distance to MTR station) is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements: 

• Degree holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably a graduate or a finalist of HKICS / ICSA
• Experience in handling offshore companies &/or regional subsidiaries in other countries, such as PRC, Asia Pacific, Europe or America
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing and CSA
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is essential
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and independent

*Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist to prepare formalities and documentation on company/branch set up or acquisition in different jurisdictions
• Handle company secretarial matters, compliance issues and corporate exercises relating to the Group
• Prepare relevant minutes and various information for public disclosures
• Review & maintain up-to-date records such as annual return and general meeting papers and attending to local filings
• Perform ad hoc assignments as require
• Salary: 25-28K
• Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 15 days annual leave, medical (including dental & life insurance) & MPF
