Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • ­Responsible for office administration function including facilities maintenance, stationery & pantry supplies and housekeeping
  • ­Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • ­Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local & overseas parcels/documents
  • ­Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
  • ­Provide clerical and administrative support
  • ­Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by seniors

Requirements:

  • ­Form 6 or above
  • ­At least 3 years relevant experience, preferable have experience in China-based company
  • ­Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • ­Excellent in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • ­Proficiency in Mandarin (a must), Cantonese and English
  • ­Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
  • ­Organized, self-motivated and a good team player
  • ­Immediate availability is preferred
