SUMMARY

The Kering Asia Pacific legal department provides legal support to all Kering brands and business units operating in the region. This position is responsible for supporting and assisting the legal team in legal and administrative matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general legal and secretarial assistance
• Contract review and drafting
• Drafting and preparing board resolutions, Power of Attorney forms, and other corporate documents
• Legal research on various legal topics (including company, privacy, product liability, and labor laws)
• Maintain legal databases, contract repository, and company organization charts
• Prepare contract summaries, reports, memorandums, presentations, and meeting materials
• Liaise with 3^rd party service providers (e.g., law firms, translation firms, corporate secretarial agents)
• Coordinate Kering business units and legal teams in APAC and other regions on any of the above matters
• Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Legal Degree
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position with solid working experience in law firms or sizeable MNCs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus
• Able to multi-task effectively, strong organizational skills and detail oriented mind set
• Mature, proactive, pleasant, team player, with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
