Job Description
CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our corporate secretarial department in Hong Kong office.
Role and responsibilities:
To assist in handling full range of company secretarial matters and other ad hoc projects for our clients’ Hong Kong and offshore companies including supporting documents, maintenance of statutory records, and attending to internal and external regulatory compliance management under direct supervision of seniors and/or managers.
Requirements:
- University or IVE graduates
- At least 2 years’ experience in company secretarial practice preferable with corporate service providers
- Professional knowledge in company secretarial practice and good understanding of Companies Ordinance requirements and other compliance related regulations
- Be able to work independently upon own initiative under minimum supervision and accomplish tasks under tight schedules
- Proficiency in CSA program application or similar software will be an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese
* Level of position to be offered depends on length of relevant experience and qualifications possessed.
