Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in law of a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance matters
• Well-versed in the Companies Ordinance, the Main Board Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant statutory regulations
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Duties:

• Provide legal and compliance support to other business units
• Handle a full range of statutory compliance and corporate governance matters
• Draft and review business contracts and set out policies related to corporate governance
• Liaise with internal and external parties for all legal and compliance related matters
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
