- Form 5 or above

- SOLID relevant experience in Conveyancing is highly preferred

- Self-motivated & willing to work hard

- Capable of handling Conveyancing files independently, with least supervision

- Detail-mined, well-organised and positive attitude

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

- Good Command of English and Chinese

- Fast accurate typing & proficiency in MS Word & Excel
