Responsibilities:

Assist the Company Secretary in

• handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and PRC;
• ensuring compliance with listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the Group companies;
• preparation of annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars, board paper, board minutes and resolutions, and organizing board and shareholders’ meetings;
• maintaining proper statutory records and SFO filings;
• updating on corporate governance and compliance requirements;
• participating in ad hoc projects;

Requirements:

• Degree holder is preferred
• member of HKICS / ICSA or student member
• at least 2 years relevant experience in company secretarial field
• Good command of both Putonghua and English
• Good PC application knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
