Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years experience as paralegal with international law firm;
• Solid experience handling Corporate Finance or Capital Markets matters;
• Law Degree holder;
• Solid experience handling HK IPO cases
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin;
• good interpersonal skill and able to maintain client relationship;
• Copes well with busy environment
• Proficiency in Computer
