Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder, major in Company Secretarial, Legal or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experiences in professional firm, e.g. Company Formation, Corporate Services, Law Firm or Accounting Firm
• Member of HKICS/ ICSA
• Familiar with Listing Rules and experienced in handling listed companies matters, which is preferred but not mandatory
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Mature, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, work both independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling routine company secretarial and clerical duties
• Assist in updating client corporate record, filing, issuing invoices, updating the company’s database system
• Provide administrative and secretarial support
• Handle ad hoc assignments
