Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance, the candidate should assist in :

1. Providing high quality legal support to a leading Chinese securities group, including reviewing and revising deal related agreements and other legal documentation;
2. Handling compliance and corporate governance related matters, including drafting policies and procedures and corporate documents;
3. Managing KYC/AML related matters.

Requirements:

1. Legal qualification obtained in HK, US, UK or PRC;
2. At least 5 years experience working in reputable law firms or financial institutions;
3. Fluency in Putonghua;
4. At least 2 years Mainland working/education experience;
5. Experience advising on PE investments is preferred.
