Duties:

• Understand client ‘s needs and follow up project schedule
• Liaise with various parties throughout the project to ensure smooth implementation
• Assist in applying engineering materials approval
• Prepare quotation and inventory forecast for sales team
• Coordinate between suppliers and customers for project execution
• Data management and administrative works will also be involved

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction, metal works, architecture, engineering, or related industries
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, meticulous, proactive, positive thinking and initiative person is essential
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure
