My client is a electronic manufacturing company. Offices and factories are worldwide and headquarter is in US.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead team to manage all issues of manufacturing operations and processes
• In charge of the whole manufacturing operations including DFM, tooling, SMT, production, packaging
• Responsible for manufacturing process by applying knowledge of materials, tooling, product design, assembly, fabrication
• Able to translates product specification to process requirements
• Evaluate and check production process to fulfill quality standard and make sure delivery on-time 
• Manage fully suppliers to suit production needs
• Support the factory manufacturing effort to find out problems and design a planning for their solution
• In charge of continuous improvement of production process. Aim to minimize cost effectiveness

Requirements:

• Master / Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or relevant discipline
• At least 8 years work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Experience in lean manufacturing, manufacturing technology, supplier quality management, cost optimization and process improvements
• Experience in molding, equipment, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
• Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Frequent travel to China and Asia is required
