Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling all leasing and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, rent reviews, lease term negotiations, license applications, daily maintenance and preparation of related documents
• Assist in leasing and daily operation management of residential, commercial and industrial properties
• Monitor and follow up monthly rental collection processes
• Coordinate premises takeover and handover
• Maintain good tenant relationships and handle enquiries in a professional manner
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Real Estate, Building Management or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in leasing and property management
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Confident, mature, presentable with great initiative and good negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
