Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor the execution of polices and strategies instituted by the Company and Area Manager at supervising estate.
- Ensure that all buildings/estates are being managed up to the standard of the company.
- Plan and carry out policies relating to all phases of office activities at supervising estate
- Set up all standard procedures and control systems and ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff members at supervising estate.
Requirements
- Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH)
- Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is preferable
- Minimum 6-8 years' solid experience in property management of which 3 years should be at managerial level
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
