Main Responsibilities

• General leasing for new and current tenants
• Identify/market to prospective new tenants
• Coordinate tenant check-in and check-out procedures
• Analyze/optimize rental performance vs. competitors
• Handle tenant complaints and coordinate actions to resolve issues
• Maintain/automate tenant database
• Respond to/solve unforseen operational emergencies in building
• Manage/monitor building maintenance and renovation projects

Requirements

• MUST LIVE IN HONG KONG
• Basic spoken and written Chinese and English ability
• 4+ years work experience, at least 2+ years experience in property management field
• Self-starter able to work under minimal supervision
