Company Secretary/ Assistant Company Secretary

 Job Duties:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Company and its subsidiaries

• Ensure timely and proper compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other corporate governance requirements

• Preparation of Annual/ Interim Reports, Announcements, Circulars and other company secretarial or general corporate documents

• Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings

• Maintain and update statutory records, registers and routine filings for Hong Kong and offshore companies

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and regulators

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines

• Member of HKICS or Hong Kong Solicitor

• 5-10 years company secretarial experience at listed companies or professional firms

• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Company Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other rules and regulations

• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented, good organizational and planning skill and responsible

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Company Secretary
