Requirements:

• Tertiary education preferred;
• Highly-motivated, ambitious, excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
• Proven sales experience, especially in luxury residential property will be a valued advantage;
• Strong sense of team spirit and enjoy a collaborative environment;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• EAA licensed;

 Responsibilities:

• Willing to follow the work and system;
• Highly-motivated to reach the personal and organizational goal;
• Manage the entire sales and leasing process independently;
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords as well as clients on the lease terms and tenancy agreements professionally;
• Promote property consultancy services to develop new business opportunities;
• Build and develop a new clients base and maintain a fruitful relationship with clients, landlords and business partners;
• Implement the Sales strategy and Marketing activity;
• Maintain and update the property listing;

• 負責及更新樓盤資料;
