Duties and Responsibilities:

• To carry out property management activities for carpark and valet parking in the shopping mall;
• To handle enquiries and complaints from customers, shoppers and the Landlord;
• To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors; 
• To perform procurement and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mall management
• Excellent customer servicing skill and ability to handle customers independently
• Able to work in diverse environments, self-motivated and mature, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical power;
• Good command in MS Windows processing and report writing;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred;
• Immediate available is preferred.
