Job Description
- Promote and sell overseas properties to Hong Kong-based investors
- Participate in property exhibitions and seminars organized by the company
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Provide pre and post sales service to clients
- Tap on existing network/database of potential clients to generate more property sales
- Build and manage long-term relationship with clients
Job Requirements
- 2 years relevant work experience in sales/property/relevant industries
- Cantonese and English speaking is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
- Self-motivated, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Overseas travel may be required.
- Sales and product training will be provided on a regular basis.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of sales assistant.
Basic salary and commission with employee benefit package will be offered to the right candidate.
