Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementation of sales & marketing strategies and conducting sales activities
- Assist in the preparation of sales brochure, advertising materials and launch documents
- Liaise with property agents to achieve sales target
- Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry
- Work on property sales, new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration
- Co-ordinate the takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordinate with related parties on property management and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in property sales and marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred
- Outgoing, self-motivated and independent
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
