Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation, marketing and different activities of the mall;
• Supervise daily security and cleaning works at the premises ;
• Handle complaints, requests, enquiries and emergency incidents;
• Act as guest services trainer to formulate and deliver training program for all frontline staffs;
• Work or coordinate with other departments for provision of quality services to the visitors and tenants.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above (DSE);
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management or Security Industry, of which 3 years’ at supervisory level;
• With a valid Security Certificate (QAS) and Security Personnel Permit
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and good command in Putonghua;
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude;
• Excellent communications, organisation and interpersonal skills;
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing);
• Willing to work in shift;
• Immediately available is preferred.
