Being the Building-in-charge, you are required to lead the on-site team for daily building operations, facilities management, procurement management, maintain good relationship with tenants and monitor performance of contractors. 

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with tenants
• Monitor performance of maintenance contractors
• Support serviced apartment operation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline.
• Well versed with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• At least 8-10 years experiences, and with 3 years’ experience for managerial level for residential buildings
• Related experiences for serviced apartment and other residential properties are preferable
• Professional membership of HKIH, MCIH, CIH would be definitely an advantage
• Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
