• Degree holder in Surveying/Real Estate with HKIS(GP)/RICS(GP) qualifications
• At least 5 years’ of related experience with proven track record in acquisition of development projects/investment properties in PRC
• Solid experience in development process, including land acquisition, valuation, feasibility studies, development and marketing
• Capable of exploring/identifying potential property development projects/business opportunities
• Conversant with land matters and feasibility studies
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling and real estate valuation
• Well-organized, excellent leadership/interpersonal skills, self-motivated with strong business sense
• Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• Willing to travel as and when needed
