Job Description:

• Provide advice as a Tenant Representative in identifying the appropriate premises for office requirements and advising in new lease and lease negotiation
• Respond to client’s enquiries in thorough detail through writing and arranging physical inspection of the appropriate premises
• Conduct market research and prepare property proposals, particulars and presentation materials for investment and commercial projects
• Assist with the maintenance of database system and keep the system current
• Assist the Associate Directors in the day-to-day running of the division

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year working experience in real estate
• Passionate in real estate with willingness to learn
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and a team player
• Proficient with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• EAA license holder is required
