Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality property management services for various kinds of properties.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments, customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the overall standard of maintenance, security and cleaning services are to the tenants’ entire satisfaction.
• Responsible for handling leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, and conducting market research and analysis
• Co-ordination on takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out and renovation works

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma, preferably in Property Management, Surveying or related disciplines, member of professional bodies such as HKIH, CIH, HKIS or RICS is an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in property management / Tenancy Management in sizable company
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Excellent client servicing, strong leadership & interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
• Holding a valid EAA E or S Licence
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
