The successful candidate
- Achieves and exceeds sales target, and manage churn of our work-spaces
- Manages the daily operations and routine maintenance of our work-spaces
- Collaborates with the HQ Team to implement initiatives to enhance the business landscape and build enduring communities
What Is Expected
- Dynamic senior sales professional with at least 3 years proven track record in a leasing / commercial / business development role with commercial real estate, workspace, and/or B2B environments
- Prior working experience in Property Management is advantageous
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, including ability to present to top decision makers
What You Can Expect From Us
- 5 day work week
- Basic Monthly Salary HK$18,000 – HK$25,000
- Commission
