Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly wages calculation for Caretakers;
• Monthly roster schedule for security guards;
• Interview/Recruiting security guards with updating all personnel files;
• To handle customers’ enquires, complaints and emergency cases;
• Assist planning and undertake operation duties of the building, follow up complaints;
• Experience in property & facilities maintenance is preferable;
• Conduct regular site checking and monitor building security;
• Implement and execute internal policies and procedures effectively;

Requirements:

• Self motivated, well disciplined, hard working and strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and coordination skill and leadership skill
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Pro-active, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
