Brinkburn Limited seeks an energetic and capable candidate as:

BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - WITH XERO

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Finance
• At least 2 years solid accounting experience
• Good PC knowledge and skills
• Hand on experience with accounting software is preferable
• Must be familiar with Xero accounting software and software such as ReceiptBank or similar 
• Be in charge of the accounts receivable and accounts payable function
• To ensure payments are received on time and paid to suppliers when needed
• Uploading all receipts and invoices and filing accordingly
• File and maintain account payable sheet with all outgoing payments
• Liaise with external accountants, consultants and property agents and tax advisers for information and queries that may arise
• Manually upload bank statements that do not automatically sync
• Complete bank reconciliation
• Co-ordinating tax filings with tax consultants
• Co-ordinating property and leasing issues with external service providers and tenants
• Fluent spoken English
• Reliable, self motivated, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, accurate with figures
• Handle general accounting duties including filing, data entry and time management
• Assist in preparing monthly reports
• Other Ad Hoc Duties
