Job Responsibilities:

• To administer massive child information & data discrepancies with partnership officers.
• To handle donor's query/request with partnership offices, or vice versa.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years working experience, experience in customer services or sales administration with overseas partners is an advantage.
• High quality awareness with accuracy & efficiency, detail-minded, analytical, systematic & well-organised.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
• On renewable contract term
• Candidate with less working experience but has potential to take up the tasks, we will consider to offer Assistant Donor Services Officer.
