UNICEF, United Nations Children’s Fund, is the world’s leading UN organisation working for children. The Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) was founded in 1986. As a member of the family of UNICEF’s national committees, we organise fundraising and advocacy activities to provide support for UNICEF’s mission across over 190 countries and territories. We are now looking for high caliber individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide account development for corporate partners and sponsors including management & renewal of current partnership, the establishment of new relationships;
• Project manage partnerships, ensuring delivery of agreed joint objectives for UNICEF HK’s fundraising events/campaigns;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, and prepare tactical approach plans;
• Prepare written proposals, informational materials, donor agreements, and any other materials needed to secure corporate gifts, and stewardship reports to donors on the use and impact of their gifts.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, including relevant experiences with corporate donors
• A self-motivator and self-learner, able to acquire and build knowledge through internal and external channels.
• Able to plan, develop and produce results independently
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with different stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to drive effective relationship and marketing
• Proficient in proposal writing, fluent in English and Chinese
