Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement and Coordinate with pilot users and various teams for smooth smart home pilot run and daily operation
- Handling enquiries on pilot program, recruitment, reschedule and complaints by phone and email
- To build up and maintain good filing system and keep accurate records for the operation procedure, reports and documents
- Assist to improve the operation procedures
- Conduct case inspections and prepare relevant investigation reports
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Candidate with experience in products and service development for B2C services, specialized in Home Automation, Smart Home, Smart Living, Smart City, Internet of things, e-Health arena or work in related IT companies are definitely an advantage
- May require to work in weekend and public holiday
