Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customers’ enquiries;
• Handle incoming enquiries by phone and QQ
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

職責：

•  透過網絡平台及電話解答客戶查詢;
•  能獨立完成上司指派的工作

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above and relevant experience will be an advantage;
• Good command of English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua is highly preferred;
• Mature, customer minded with good interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing;
• Chinese Typing 30 words per min.
• Immediate available is highly preferred

要求：

•  成熟、積極主動, 有上進心及有良好的溝通技巧
•  熟練使用MS Word，Excel和中/英文文書處理
•  良好普通話及粵語, 一般英語
• 中文打字每分鐘30字;
•  1 - 2年以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗者優先
